Rouff Consulting was created to give small business owners and trucking companies a reliable way to stay in control of their finances without adding more pressure to their daily workload. Many owners want accurate books, clear reports and dependable support, yet they often find themselves buried in statements, fuel receipts, settlement sheets and year end stress. Our goal is to remove that burden and replace it with clarity, order and useful insight.



Our office is located in Box Elder, South Dakota, but our work is fully remote and we serve clients across the United States. This allows us to support trucking companies, owner operators and small business owners no matter where they operate. With around twenty years of experience, we understand the challenges involved in bookkeeping, compliance and cash flow, especially in the trucking industry where numbers move quickly and accuracy matters daily.

Our background and experience

Rouff Consulting was formed after many years of working with small businesses, watching owners struggle with the same problems again and again. We saw companies with strong potential fall behind because their books were not updated. We saw owners make decisions based on guesswork rather than real data. We saw trucking companies face penalties for filings that could have been completed smoothly with proper record keeping.

We have spent many years working with the day to day financial structure of small fleets ranging from owner operators to around twenty trucks.
